What we do for you
- after booking you will receive an information pack on you
castle hire for you to read beforehand
- on the evening before the hire we will contact you to
confirm the hire times and the weather forecast
On the day
- arrive and check the location
- install your castle
- complete and sign the hire agreement
- collect balance of hire costs
For a self supervised hire
We will explain to the designated
supervisor
- the safe use of the castle
- the required safety checks during the hire
- what to do in the event of a serious incident,
windy conditions,
rain or power loss
After the hire
- return at agreed time
- review the hire
- pack up the castle
- sign off the incident report form

steps, narrow access etc.

On arrival
- indicate the designated area for the castle
- indicate underground irrigation etc. within the designated area
- indicate the power point
- sign the hire agreement
During use
- to supervise the castle use at
all times
- carry out the required safety
checks
- monitor the weather and act as
discussed
- note any incidents
## Access Requirements:
- be able to park close to the location on
delivery and pick-up
- have clear access from parking area to the
location
- minimum access width - 1.1 metres
- because of the weight of the castles is is very difficult to
negotiate steps or steep slopes without help - please advise
beforehand
