Jump and Bounce 

Deposit & Refund Policy

Deposit

  • A deposit of $50 per castle is required to be paid when the booking is made
     
  • We are able to accept VISA , MASTERCARD and AMEX (without surcharge)

 

Refund Conditions

  • If you cancel your booking within 7 clear days of your hire date, you forfeit 100% of your deposit
     
  • If you cancel your booking in excess of 8 days of your hire date you will be refunded $40.00 of each castle deposit
     
  • If a hire is cancelled by mutual agreement due to extreme weather conditions i.e. Rain or Heat,
    you will be refunded $40.00 of each castle deposit
     
  • If Jump and Bounce determines that the castle hire can not proceed due to forecast winds being above the limits,
     as stated in the Australian Safety Standards, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit
     
  • At the discretion of Jump and Bounce, a cancelled hire can be rescheduled without loss of your deposit,
     however any further cancellation will result in the 100% forfeiting of your deposit(s)
